I would say either the bear and guy reaction don't match well together. I would add, polar bears do not live in forest right...

The videos says that the polar bear appeared in Holmenkollen in the city of Oslo, which is too far in the south for a polar bear. So there is little chance this isn't fake, unless the bear broke out of a zoo or something.
But it was entertaining.

Concidering the Holmenkollen is perched above the city of Oslo and the only place you can see polar bears in the wild in Norway is in the Svalbard isles, I'll go for the fake option on this one.
