I see it differently. I think she is acknowledging that with out make-up she would not be up to societies standards of beauty. She is not crying for help but making fun of the sheer lunacy of the unnaturally high standards that she must live up to in order to attract the guys she is in to.

What I do see as a cry for help is your lame lie that "someone found her facebook" Why not just admit you thought she was good looking and incessantly searched the internet to find her so you can facestalk her.
