Anyway. I feel bad for the dog because he was trying to show submission the entire time. He had no idea wtf was going on. He was just trying to cross the street. I do agree with Captainquesto.....dogs need to be on leashes when they are out like that for their saftey too. If ever their was proof to the statement that the leash is for the dog's saftey it is this video!
