Good to see that Cal is still up to metal work. I was attending NSCAD when she was there doing her beautiful metal doilies. Rock on, Cal.

As an artist myself, although not a sculptor, I think these works of art are awesome! This artist is even recycling old shovels, containers whatever, this artist is smart, talented and eco friendly, way cool.

I've been thinking about your metal work all night. I love how you turned everything inside out & upside down! You may be interested in seeing some of this art work - especially closer to the end of the collection.

She's cute & all, but the work is what should have been showcased, not her proposed "most beautiful" title. I like those shovels.

These are so lovely, but the spades are really fantastic, I wouild love one. Incidentally why does there always have to be some neanderthal who can't find anything to say except - dawww - she's hot! ? I don't think I've read the comments about any woman ever without somebody helpfully adding this remark.

This woman is a national treasure. Her patience, precision, passion, is equal to any fine Swiss or German fillegre(sp?) silversmith. I love what is in her to produce such work.

Talk about making art from found objects, you have taken it to a whole new level. Seing beauty in the mundane is talent, you obviouly have it in spades.

Wow. Simply beautiful. As a photographer myself, I struggle with the WHY in the creative process. I admire your ability to chip away at the marble to reveal the inner beauty.
