PC Games of the 90's (102 pics)

I am looking for a PC game. It had pigs that threw bars of soap and collected garbage. Ducks that flapped their wings an threw eggs. It was in a trailer park or junkyard. Old PC strategy -tactics/ shooting/ bird's eye view

Please help! Old PC game that I can't remember its name.

Platform: Windows/ I've played it on windows XP.

Genre: Strategy, it's like Power Pete ( BUT NOT IN graphics).

Estimated year of release: from 1990-2010 or maybe from 1996-2006 .

Graphics/art style: the perspective of the game is from above, I think this perspective called (bird's eye). It has old graphics.

Notable characters: You play as a little hunter holding a gun in his hand, and his hand is at his shoulder level. Your enemies are white rabbits in first map, the second map they become bigger and their color becomes pink as I remember.

Notable gameplay mechanics: The character (hunter) moves towards the mouse pointer (crosshair icon), so you can move him up by moving your pointer up so he will follow it and walk towards it. The first map is like a green area with grass and river and contains rabbits (i.e. enemy of your character). The rabbits move around themselves or just stand at their position till the hunter approaches to them enough to make them move to him, then you can kill them by clicking on them so they will die. Also, there are carrots on the ground, your character collects them and they benefit him somehow. I think but not sure that the character can't stop, just when you open the game the character starts to move towards the mouse pointer immediately.

Other details: First I managed to pass first map and get into second one so, I don't know how many maps in this game. The first map is like a green area with grass and river and bridge on it, I remember that I make some rabbits follow me then I cross the bridge then turn on any side immediately so the rabbits fall in the river, typically the rabbits follow the hunter in a straight line. Last thing I remember that the hunter also collects a bomb from the ground, when he uses it, it kills all the rabbits in the screen but it's one bomb in first map as I remember, so I found a way but I don't know how I got it, I start the game and play until to take the bomb then I close the game, then I start it again and guess what? The number of bombs still 1 so when I take the bomb it will be 2, then I close it and start it again but the number of bombs still the same of last game although I close it. The last part known in programming as Pointer so, if you are a programmer you know what I'm talking about
