If you ever watched Howard Sterns TV show.. you would have seen the show where even these condoms were to big.

I'm sure there are dicks too small too use these as condoms, but they look like finger cots to me. They come in first aid kits supplied to workers in the food service industry for sure. They're for covering dressed wounds on fingers at the work place.
