it's a place that shows people the punishments that are meted out in hell. the writing indicates what transgression they did in life to deserve their punishment. i can't read any of it, but i vaguely remember that the naked people climbing the spiky tree were adulterers. the circle of white praying statues is part of the heaven section. noticeably less popular.

i live in thailand. that park is about the mythical spirits that many thai people tell stories about. it's not really that absurd, but the production value is lame.
