Yeah, looks also like Romania in those days also but without the soviet subway and Lenin :) Romanian people and soviet people had many things in common during the communist regime.

Ro Ray, that lamp produces UV rays - it makes vitamin D to be synthesized in the children skin. It's was obligatory for all kids those days, but nowadays is used mostly only in alternative health centres :)
