I get so angry when I see this . It almost always means that the owner is too f'n lazy to get their animal some exersize!!! walk your f'n dog you lazy piece of shit!!

That would apply to dogs... yes. But what about cats? you cant put a cat on a leash. My cat is getting fat, and today I find out that my roommate gives it 2 sometimes 3 cans of food a day that's on top of the one can I feed it, plus dry food. Sometimes people are just a bit dumb.
