Those aren't scary..what about Canada's "Killer Coaster" at West Edmonton Mall, for over 20 years, was the largest indoor roller coaster...this coaster has claimed 3 lives! dubbed the killer coaster after the incident, it's name stuck, and I personally went on it 13 times in one afternoon. check the story.

Deja Vu at Six Flags Atlanta is gone. They could never get it to work right and every time they tested it after they'd "fix" it, the test dummies' necks would get broken.
