Alan Wilzig inspired the character from the "Wolf Of Wall Street" who introduced Leonardo DiCaprio to his future wife during the pool party scene. He's been trying to sell his Tribeca mansion for $44 million since 2014, but since no one is buying he recently dropped the price to $19.75 million.
