If you're afraid of people seeing you maybe a house in the country is better than ruining it for everyone else? Just a thought..

I'm trying to figure what problem he solved. He'd rather look at a big black wall rather than the apartment buildings? It's not like that will bring his view back.

If nothing else, I'd think he just created a big problem by pissing off all the apartment residents who have that thing right outside their windows.

And of course it's not the resident's fault that the building was constructed right there.

Then the residents should buy apartements elsewhere...He can build anything he like on his property just like investor that build that apartement building...He is like: "Game on! Honey get the popcorns!"
