Absolutely bullsh*t photo description. This vehicle is not "set to be used by Syrian troops in the province of Rakka"; WHAT A STUPID COMMENT! This vehicle was disabled and seized from a Daesh suicide bomber by the Syrian Democratic Forces just east of Rakka.
