That's a pretty stupid letter.
1) if his daughter is of the age that she gets money for losing a tooth (and maybe believes in the tooth fairy) she's going to understand jokes about 'incisor trading'?
2) essentially the tone of the whole letter is a bitchy complaint - nice message.
