Yes, they're dolphins. Seals have very different tails for a start. Not sure what species of dolphins, but they are dolphins.

Nature is spectacular. Cruel, but spectacular.

It's obviously a dolphin. Sea lions don't have tails or fins. They have arms and legs with flippers which are closer to hands than fins. And it's obviously not a fish because fish have virtical fins but dolphins have horizontal fins. You can tell they are horizontal by looking at the spine of the animal and fallowing the line down to the middle of the fin. If it were a fish it would lead to the top of the fin. Orca's have been known to kill dolphins before, It's nothing new. And you can't tell from those pictures if it actually get's killed though.

Don't think it's a dolphin.Note there is no snout. It might be a pilot whale. they are a bit larger than a dolphin.
