Passengers traveling to Seattle aboard the Carnival Legend cruise ship got a nice little scare when the ship tilted into the ocean. Passengers had to grab on to poles and other things to keep themselves from falling into the water. Carnival says it was a technical issue, and that the issue was quickly corrected.

Couldn't tell you, but cruise ships have numerous ways of safely removing passengers, including inflatable rafts.

If my ship were sinking, with loss of life possible if not imminent, I'd grab the phone out of this douche bag's hands and beat it - then him - to death with the nearest club-like object. One less spot on the life raft taken, one more life raft given. Win-win.
