Wichita Police Chief Gordon Ramsay suggested a new event at McAdams Park in Wichita Kansas and it was a huge hit. The community is filled with Black Lives Matter activists, and the police wanted to build a better relationship between police and citizens, so they held the First Steps Cookout which was attended by almost 1,000 people.
