Residents of Magnitogorsk were surprised as they were going about their daily lives and noticed elephants randomly walking around. It turns out that the elephants were in town for the circus and the owners let them out so that they could go for a walk. Citizens snapped photos of the animals and even tried to get up close and touch them.
