Yesterday three girls from PETA protested outside the Canadian Embassy in Moscow against the seal hunt in Canada.

What kills me about the whole seal hunt issue is that nobody would care at all if the seals looked like giant scorpions as opposed to fluffy puppies. I don't see any protests for lobsters and they get boiled alive.

I'm protesting the killing of male chicks. Males chicks are at least as cute as seal cubs. Male chicks get ground up alive at processing plants becaus they don't lay eggs and don't grow very large chicken breasts. They only live for about a day.

I think it is the way they are killed that upsets peta. Clubbing an animal that can barely move on land and you just come up on them bamm beat them with a club as they try to get away.
Now if you live in a villiage and this is one of your food sources and you need it to survive well that is a different story all together
