I am a smoker. I regret the day I ever picked up a cigarette, and am hoping to be a non smoker soon. I think this is brilliant. We should start doing this in the US.

I feel terible for those poor souls who can't stop. My first smoke was a gutter snipe. It's a tough addiction to break free of.

We should start doing that here in the US- I'll bet it would change some minds...

I used to smoke- took me 4 times to finally quit- but it was definitely worth it!

sorry to say but these have little effect on smokers in singapore. having spent most of my life in singapore being an active smoker, these pictures are a waste of printing materials imo. yes it does repulse some people, but really, who looks at a pack they just bought and decide to quit on the spot. quitting smoking takes more than just gruesome ads. it's matter of personal decision. alot of people would disagree with me but these pictures act more of a warning to not start smoking in the first place. they belong in anti-smoking lecture powerpoint slides. why do people smoke anyways, when they already know of the grotesque consequences. all of us are passive smokers at one point of our life. better to be an active smoker than a passive smoker. so to anti-smoking followers/bitches, deal with the smoke, cause tobacco manufacturers are already miles ahead of you.

honestly? if people really want to smoke they're gonna. alot of people (including myself) know the risks that smoking poses.
even without the pictures, it's common knowledge that smoking can fuck you up. if people still want to pick up a pack that's their choice, it's called free will and it's an informed decision.
so instead of trying to ban them like america is working to do, we should just continue to inform the public about the possible side effects.

Personally, I look forward to my next cigarette.
