Slight correction to the title: This is a mechanic's toolbox, for someone who fixes things. Engineers don't fix things. They design and build the things that need to be fixed.

Except a COMBAT ENGINEER...they mostly build things, but also fix things.
They're not like a civilian engineer that sits in an office all day.
