well i can definately say that I have never seen that before. Why don't the birds wise up and tell this guy to F off?? I can see tricking them one or two times but come on! These must be the most desperate people pleasers ever! They need an Al-Anon meeting or two to get their stinkin thinkin changed. Friends of Bill and Friends Lois his wife will get this..everyone else just move along....nothing to see here...well some of you may be lucky enough to meet them in the future... i hope.

The birds have a string constricting their necks, so they can't swallow bigger fish. Smaller ones get trough - so an occasional reward keeps the birds fishing. The feathers are probably cut short so they can't just fly away. Works fine in areas with a lot of reeds where nets are useless and beats pole fishing.
