A massive 300 foot deep sinkhole recently opened up right behind a house in Scorrier, England. The previous owner was undergoing a mining survey. A local neighbor sent his drone into the sinkhole and it looks like it opened up a whole network of underground mines.

That's not a sinkhole. Sinkholes are collapsed natural caves near the surface. This is a mine shaft. BTW, the whole thing is a mine; the horizontal tunnels are called "drifts."
