800 dollars 'not breaking the bank'??????

Heres a better option:
Get a clear plastic bag (watertight!). Set your phone to take a picture when you press a button (rather than touchscreen). Put phone in bag, put some air in and hold so air pocket forms infront of camera on phone, and go take pics. Dont go to ANY type of depth, just stay at the surface.
Pics probably wont be as good but definetly wont break the bank.

$500 to 800 plus a GoPro is not cheap (cheaper than the underwater reflex, but still expensive) can't a glass Tupperware do the trick?
