The guy is not racist. He is well aware that it is his land, his nation, and his culture. There are incompatible cultures that will only ruin his country. He is not a racialist, as his conclusions have a basis: the bandits who invade his country have no education, culture, or any benefit to society, while engineers from nearby country cannot get a work permit. His mother is delusional and should be put back in her place. Actually, the whole Europe suffers from racism towards whites these days.

Also, IQ tests do reveal differences by race; and it is normal to see these differences and alienate oneself from them.

Recently this has become a good way to make "viral" some ideas by wrapping them in family drama like FB comments where Mom "shows it" to her son. I mean PR specialists have "templates" for this kind of PR campaigns.

I'm reading some comments here and I can't believe how some people can be so "simple", close-minded, typical red necks. I can imagine them as probably some blokes from small town who like drink all weekends or maybe children of rich parents with no respect to anybody, big ego, strongly believe in their own feeling with no deeper conclusion about reality, with no idea how world really works, don't even wonder that their car was designed in Germany, food in Italy, their bank is ruled by guy from Indie, etc. In USA you can move from NY to LA (distance about 2500 miles) to find better job and nobody will call you "immigrant". In Europe, you will move from Brussels to London (distance 230 miles) and you became brainless, uneducated slave. I'm wondering how about British immigration: 10 million went to US, 5M to Canada, 2M to Australia, Spain etc. but this is ok. Luckily not all people are close-minded. We are not a trees, I will always opt for freedom of movement. This is endless topic, but country like USA collected some brilliant people who made this country strong and big, for example Albert Einstein who left Nazi Germany in 1933, as Jewish he was "not capable to learn" as untermenschen, another example Nikola Tesla Serbian genius emigrated to USA, US government was recruiting Nazi German engineers in this way Verner von Braun with family moved to US, he was rocket expert, they gave him NASA director position, later he was responsible for Saturn 5 rocket project and successful first man journey to moon. Steve Jobs for example was adopted, his biological father was Syrian and was Muslim, his biological mother was American with German roots. Job's business partner Steve Wozniak has Polish and Swiss-German ancestry on his father side. Generally USA is mostly a mix of immigrants from whole world and it works perfectly.
