So dumb.
The reason it's mostly older women is because they're the ones with seniority to GET the jobs.
These women work 12-14 hour shifts, delivering something like 500 beers. They get paid on incentive, about 1 euro per beer. So they're making $500/day slinging beer. or a rate of about $130k/year. (Not including tips, which likely double or triple that)
Personally, I still think they're underpaid, but hardly slaves.
