Fun fact, you can't just "turn it off", at least not if you want to use it again. You can quench it which will turn off the field, but it can't be turned back on after that as all of the cryogenics will be gone.
In a case like this they would need to, carefully, place straps around the cart, and then winch it out of the magnetic field.
