Ummm. Ok?
Allow me to clear up a couple of inconsistencies.

1: The breed of Dog is called a Newfoundland. They are natural born water dogs, complete with webbed feet and a second layer of finer fur underneath for insulation and water resistance.

2: The is no "newfoundland" Coast Guard. Newfoundland is a Canadian Province and therefore patrolled by the Canadian Coast Guard.

Judging by the insignia on the helicopter and the surf boat, I would hazard a guess this is the Italian coast guard.
