The friendzone is good for one thing only - to get another girl interested. Other girls are very intersted into guys that already have a girl around him. It is some kind of "internal" program in their head saying "if he is good for her why can`t he be good for me?". If you are alone you are pretty much on your own to get a girl at least borderline interested.

Face it - to get out of the friendzone is a looooong run without the real sight of success. So why not using that temporary arrangement? After all a friendzoned dude is more or less just used to serve the girl more or less (even when some girsl don`t even realise what they are doing or causing).


There are other factors too, like age (with age people become less picky and lower their expectations more), being a single parent with a child (women can see that the man can raise a child, the child looks healthy, so he probably could take good care of another child) and so on and so on...
