well, it's still crap and unless you move out of Detroit and away from the trash that live there, it will never be nice or have ANY value.

The "point":
The cause is an effort by local non-profit Reclaim Detroit to deconstruct, rather than demolish, the city's abandoned dwellings, making their parts easier to salvage. So far, the organizer, florist Lisa Waud, has raised $6,000 and hopes to hit a $50,000 goal by mid-June.
