This is just plain stupid even on a low traffic road, and it's a highway.. it's very likely to cause an accident because of a few ducks, congrats..

Nice deed, but by the looks of it he led them to a large concrete wall through which the ducks cannot pass... (maybe something we cannot see, but from what we can tell all the ducks could do from there is walk back)
