An artist named Wanksy has come forth to fight for the streets. He's been drawing obscene pictures around potholes in Manchester, England in an attempt to get the government to fix them. It seems to be working as most of the potholes he's drawn pictures around have been fixed within 48 hours.
After another cyclist friend was injured by potholes, ‘Wanksy’ decided to act
“People will drive over the same pothole and forget about it”
“Suddenly you draw something amusing around it, everyone sees it and it either gets reported or fixed”
