at least they have shame for their lack of standards (not so in this country). They could always quit, right? No matter what we "think" of the situation, the fact is that the employee and company entered into an agreement, one to work to standards, the other to pay for such work. If the employee fails to meet standards, then at least the company gave them the choice of shame, or looking for work elsewhere...which is a bitch in china....
