BMEZine is a place that has a lot of extreme body mods, where this pic was taken from. Even if THIS pic is fake, it's not that weird. Look at the tribes in Africa with the lip plates and neck rings. This is slight.

The brothers who established BMEZine are twins and very much into body mods, and one twin had part of his ring finger cut off and grafted onto his brother's ring finger to make it even longer.

This is real. I have had a few friends and acquaintances who have done similar. It is an acrylic plug. She/he has stretched out the skin to fit a clear plug in. It is kind of cool. I would never do it, but it has some great shock value. Plastic surgery can fix that later on down the road.
