Have you ever missed a birthday party and received a bill for it after? This kid has. Just before the Christmas holidays five-year-old Alex Nash was invited to a classmate’s Birthday party at the Ski Slope and Snowboard Centre. Alex told his parents he wanted to go and they confirmed he would be at the celebration. But the parents later realized he had arranged for Alex and his sister Lily to out for a day trip with their grandparents. By this time the parents did not have a contact number, email or an address to let the boy’s mother know. So on the day of the party they asked Alex what he wanted to do; he chose to be with his grandparents. On January 6 Alex went back to school as the new term got under way. On January 15 they looked in Alex’s school bag and found a brown envelope. It was an invoice for £15.95 for a child’s party no show fee.

knock on the door. When it opens, punch the idiot in the face. Send bill for your time and experience.

I'm sure there's more to the story. But when I buy lift tickets for 10 kids who told me they'd attend, and then one decides not to show, I'd be pretty pissed, too.
Not sure if I'd send an invoice, but like I said ... I think there is more to the story.

Modern generation.. Permissiveness.. Lack of honor..
Invitation was R.S.V.P, little Alex accepted, nobody cancelled (though I suppose that teacher/school can help) and now, Nash family is giving a proof of their lack of respect all over the net. Brilliant. Their ancestors are surely proud of them..
