In Russia, it is enough to play heavy metal or say that you do not like the czar, or even press "Like" on an online resource to get in prison.
Downloading or watching copyrighted content may get you there too if you did not pay for it.

Well it's a darn good thing no one has ever been wrongfully convicted. We in America spend about $23,875 a year on prisoners and don't really even bother trying to reform them. We do let them out at the end of their sentences though, and then expect them to behave in "polite" society.

Whoever made this list is a "mentally challenged". If I had to be in prision, I would rather be in Rikers than any non-USA prison in this list.
