Eight year old Zak Brown has inherited the nickname Jaws because he's got some intimidating chompers. His adult teeth failed to push out his baby teeth and now he's got an extra set.

I have the same situation but with 2 sets of upper canines. Instead of having lower adult canines I have 2 adult upper sets.
