Big and Dirty fake !
The definition of the lion and the food under is not the same, the rear leg is not well cut on the border of the freezer!

I worked as a chef for 10 years in diff restaurants in NYC and San Fran. I kept my place as clean as possible, but you always working with people who just don`t care. And i`ve seen some terrible shit. So i`m done with cooking and not going to places to eat very often. Also small advise to visitors: AVOID FOOD TRUCKS AT ALL COST!!! They`re called roach-coach for a Big reason.
