What "prejudicial attitude" has been there towards Africa? Negroes do not want to work. They are different. When we were in Angola, we asked the local population about droughts. They just said they die from starvation thirst, even though you could pick up the buckets and travel two miles for the water for the crops. Some countries there have lost the white population, and Negroes just do not replace broken windows, set fire amidst the room, etc.
Africa is a continent too. People who donate money are sponsors of indolence and ignorance, most likely.

Africa is the richest continent (abundant minerals, precious stones, gas, wildlife...you name it, and it is there in Africa).
The land south of Sahara is very fertile.
The only thing which brings down this continent is bad politics and stupid politicians who throw away all resources for a little shack next to the beach, a Mercedes car and having his/her thick headed children getting educated abroad. :02: .
Also rampant nepotism. The country might get an honest investor, but alas, as a package he must employ every body in the presidents clan, whether educated or not...and they must hold a white-collar job. Frustrated, they all take whatever they can, declare bankruptcy and disappear. :02:

pic 23. yeah, continents were once joined in one large mass called Pangea. what's the point of saying that one (africa) was connected to the other? besides, that pic doesn't show all of the continents.

to answer ACfan, because the politics is among the most corrupt, the individual nations are divided ethnically, religiously, ideologically. They have a cast system similar to old India (which still has a cast system in place), and the faction warlords, militia groups, terrorist cells and piracy groups control much of what moves around the nation. BTW, it is also a continent that repeatedly sells its own people (each individual nation has the problem, some more than others) into human slavery. "Control" is what keeps the African people from prosperity. Those with the guns and the cash have the control.
