Well, californians, keep taking your thirty minute showers and eighty gallon baths. Please continue to wash the dishes and brush your teeth with the water on and most of all keep your lawns nice and yellow by using sprinklers at noon, when most of the water evaporates before it even touches the ground.

That's all well and good, MexAndi, but most of the water is consumed by industry in California, not taking showers and watering their lawns. Stopping their excessive use of water is only a drop in the bucket compared to what manufacturing and industry wastes.

Here inside Brazil the story is similar, the difference is that in California people who waste water are fined.
