i think you are making a difference by donating not by dumping water on your head, but respect to those who actually donate after doing the challenge, however few there are

I think the main problem is some people started saying that celebrities were doing the challenge to avoid donating. That's not the case, most of them do the challenge and donate at the same time, to the point ALSA has raised over 94 million dollars from July 29th to August 27th. Last year during the same time spawn, they got only 2.1 million. The challenge viral rage is working, and people complaining are just haters.

Well, the ice companies are probably the happiest of them all. They shouldve planned it better and raised the price of ice for a while, with the increase getting donated.
However, there are people getting injured by the challenge, and the amount of water wasted is ridiculous. Getting attention by damaging the enviroment and people getting hurt is not the way to go, even if its for a good cause.

The point is awareness guys, and donation for research of course
Honestly, these bucket challenge truly make me aware of such disease and i Google it to learn more about it.
