No, the spookiest mental "hospitals" are the freeway underpasses in the US. When these institutions were closed by President Reagan the patients had no place to go. The biggest mental "hospital" in the world is Tower 2 of the Los Angeles Sheriff department! If you're mentally ill, you end up on the streets or in jail. Shameful!

Yep, Reagan closed these hospitals...in Hong Kong, and London, and....right about one thing, as far as Obamacare is concerned, we haven't seen anything yet. Prepare to have even more hospitals end up like these....
