i liked how the cop wished him luck instead of helping him get a bolt cutter from a fire or police station or something
I don't think it would be too hard to find one in a palce where towns with a few thousand residents have tanks and armoured, minafe vehicles.

candysack, there isn't a bolt cutter made that will cut through one of those. I'm surprised he was able to get through it with a hacksaw unless he had a carbide blade. The fastest way to get through one of these locks is with a body grinder.

That's why my locks cost me more than the very bike.
