I am French and I never saw chocolate bars with ants in any store... We eat a lot of weird animals but no insects.

I think the issue with pigeon is that in the cities they are pretty filthy. I have a hard time imagining eating one because I see how much dirt they carry around with them and how much pollution they are exposed to.

But when clean, and raised away from cities, they would probably be similar to most birds we eat regularly.

I have eaten everything on this list with the exception of gorilla and elephant. Let me just say that there is a reason these are not more commonly used as food. AKA not very good. Donkey is nice though.

i was thinking almost the same about some animals in the post, but if you think about it, the animals we eat are bred in cages, so they live in their own filth
