Where did you get these numbers?????????
USA - available manpower, 145million???? Thats half the country (old, young, etc)
If conscription came in, and ALL men, aged 15-64 were to have to join (including presidents, the blind, and basically all the people required to run the country) the total would be 102,665,043 people.
So unless half the women aged 15-64 were signed up too, or children under 15, then that number is not possible.
Also: A lot of the US army is now privatised, and are hired as contractors (mercinaries) by the goverment.
PS: All the countries numbers are put together like that, used USA as example

again, playing fast and loose with numbers doesn't make it so. The US may rank #1, but since Obama took office and systematically gelded the military (and still is) the ranking is hardly true. But then again, many of these rankings are far from factual.
