Ymaz, too bad the Italians hadn't come to American. They brought their food with them. Then we wouldn't have fattening dishes like pizza and pastas.

When I see the first tip sucks, I'm not motivated to read further. Jam a knife under the lid to release the vacuum - no extra muscles or grip needed.

Turn the jar over and slam the lid on the counter two or three times. It will come off with no gloves needed.
