Food usually looks delicious but this is without a doubt some of the most disgusting looking food on the planet. No one is going to say that looking at these pictures made them hungry.

Some of the worst looking food is often the best tasting.
Deep fried turantula tastes like soft shell crab.... And it's not $8.99 for two pieces

you just overreacted a bit, uh ? it may not look delicious as an american heartstoping baconfilled piece of industrial shit, but it looks fine. only the plate of soup is a little awkward, there's too much in it, one cannot carry this without spilling a few at every step.

hails from Finland. All those are common foods here, and very much liked, too. Mmmi is the only one I know foreigners usually don't even try, but then again many Finns don't like it either. It's just very sweet, thick porridge, which I personally like very much indeed :)

Agreed. None of these looks disgusting. To americans everything which dont look like cheese hamburger is disgusting.
The second picture (black-sausage) is ordinary in Brazil and is called Chourisso, very good with beer. :03:

I was coaxed into trying Finnish licorice. Tasted like a smoked, salted, piece of a tire.
Just say "No" if offered any.
