@styopa - You're looking at it all wrong m8
If you consider that defending knights would be positioned in the upper levels of a castle, and they would defend against enemies invading from downstairs... then you'd consider that counter-clockwise is exactly what the picture shows, if you look from the top perspective of the defenders. :)

#1, if there was a ship in international waters abandoned, it is open to salvage rights by anyone wanting to claim and tow it.
#3 invetnted, yes, but worthless.1930 cameras would have had to been held VERY steady for a normal picture, let alone mounted to a service revolver. The pictures shown had to be tripod mounted for any clarity at all.
#15 as if we have any real way of measuring something of that magnitude !?!
