On 16 - 1 liter of water weights 1 kilogram.
So, 18 liters of water = 18 kg (not 20)

10: "Scientists have said" is pretty pointless. It is.
16: stupid statistic. 1l of water = 1 kg. It's kind of a premise of the metric system. To say that an 18l can weighs 20kg is a little misleading since the can (apparently) weighs 2kg.
22: well, unless you MELT IT, which isn't super complicated.
