People in Congo know how to dress to impress. They take loans to afford expensive clothes which often cost more than the average wage for six months. And they still look like a bunch of useless imbecils.

...nothing like wearing a suit to wallow in a toilet...sad but true. If you think those are just the 'normal foks' with a clothing habit, then you dont know a pimp, gangster, druglord or warlord when you see one.
